Position Overview
REQUIREMENT:
RSA ID and legal residence essential
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 4 Star or 5 Star hotel or resort
Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
Valid Driver's License essential
Hospitality qualification advantageous
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, stock management, and forecasting
Banqueting and conferencing experience essential
Excellent leadership and staff development skills
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality legislation
Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with POS and PMS systems advantageous
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
Hands on, guest focused, and service driven
