Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reactive cover for repairs to desks, windows, walls and doors etc. Fabric maintenance, including painting, door repairs, floor repairs, office furniture etc. Regular site walks to determine areas that require renovation attention To carry out planned preventative maintenance on all building fabric under our control as per the site CMMS Assist the engineering team to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the site CMMS Ensure that all contractors and staff are H&S compliant including management & creation of documents(Permits) Maintain appropriate records in line with Good Practice requirements.
