We are recruiting a Fabric Technician to join the team located in London.

The Fabric Engineer / Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality fabric maintenance across the site, ensuring that all PPM tasks, KPIs and reactive jobs are completed to a high standard. The role includes painting and decorating, minor repairs, general building fabric upkeep, small remedial works and supporting the wider engineering team with maintaining a safe and well‑presented environment.
