We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead a team of 10 within a busy steel fabrication environment. Excellent business with a strong reputation for retaining staff and offering stability. They are rapidly growing so this is an exciting time to be a part of the team there.
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum. 25 days holiday + banks. Flexibility around hours. Performance bonus. Sick Pay.
This Fabrication Manager job will suit:

• Experience working within the steel / heavy fabrication sector.
• Proven Man Management / Supervisory experience, alongside a track record of improving processes across fabrication.
