**Job Summary:**

The Fabrication Utility in the Laser Bed area is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from metal parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Safely lift and carry parts to your workstation, operate a hoist when necessary
+ Use a mallet, hammer, or chisel to free parts from the sheet metal
+ Inspect metal parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized deburring equipment to smooth edges and surfaces
+ Ensure all parts meet quality control specifications and tolerances
+ Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or technical drawings
