**Position Overview**

Join a growing team as a **Welder / Fabricator** , working hands-on to build and install dust collection and ventilation systems. This role focuses on custom fabrication using thin gauge materials in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate custom parts using 16–14 gauge sheet metal and ductwork
+ Read blueprints, perform layout, tack, and weld seams
+ Operate fabrication equipment (shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws)
+ Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel (as needed)
+ Measure accurately using tape measures and follow detailed prints
