In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by applying your advanced fabrication and machining skills to support production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Operate and program mill and lathe machines to fabricate precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Perform complex machining and fabrication tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
+ Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, identifying and resolving any deviations or defects.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve efficiency.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company procedures.
