Plastic Fabricator / Welder - Training Provided | Braeside VIC

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on fabricator or welder to join a growing team in Braeside.

You don't need direct plastic experience - if you've worked with sheet metal, cabinetry, welding, or fabrication, we can train you into plastic welding and fabrication.

This role offers a mix of workshop-based fabrication and occasional site work, giving you variety and long-term skill development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating and assembling materials in a workshop environment
• Learning and applying plastic welding techniques (training provided)
• Working from basic drawings and measurements
• Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
• Supporting installation work on-site when required
