PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Manufacturing Welder** to join a manufacturing team in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you'll perform fit-up, welding, brazing, and assembly work while supporting quality and safety standards in a production environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform layout and fit-up work using fixtures and positioners
+ Weld various metals using **Pulsed MIG, Short-Arc MIG, and Submerged Arc** welding processes
+ Assemble fabricated metal products using MIG welding equipment
+ Produce strong, smooth, and consistent welds with proper penetration
