Position Responsibilities
Provide contracting support and advisory services to the Contracting Officer (KO) in support of LOG-9 in Norfolk, VA.Assist with both pre-award and post-award contracting activities.Conduct market research for assigned projects and procurement actions.Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and solicitations with guidance from the KO.Receive, review, and provide recommendations regarding proposal responsiveness and compliance.Participate as a non-voting member of evaluation teams, including support for oral presentations and best value trade-off evaluations.Assist with cost and price analysis and development of pre- and post-negotiation ...
