Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise high‑rise projects while enforcing strict rope‑access, BMU and cradle safety protocols.
• Ensure all operations strictly align with UAE local authority standards, including Civil Defence and local municipality requirements.
• Supervise on‑site crews, conduct risk assessments, and manage third‑party certifications for all lifting and rigging equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in high‑rise façade cleaning within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of height‑safety regulations (IRATA Level 3 or NEBOSH/HSE certification highly preferred).
• Deep familiarity with scaffolding, cradles, and rope access methods.
