Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor facade works with a focus on aluminium systems, curtain walling, glazing and cladding.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Civil teams to align design intent and execution.
• Review installations against specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Identify defects, non-conformities and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant teams to maintain quality across all stages of the project.
• Produce detailed inspection reports and documentation.

Requirements
