In this full-time position, you will partner with various stakeholders to deliver tailored leadership training and workshops. Your expertise will enhance leader readiness, enabling them to meet strategic business priorities. Collaborating with learning partners, you will create and evaluate training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver leadership training solutions
• Coordinate training sessions and manage logistics effectively
• Facilitate engaging dialogue and experiential learning
• Use data to inform training design and assess outcomes
• Partner with SMEs for relevant development content
Requirements:
• Over 3 years' experience in leadership training
• At least 5 years in managerial roles
