Salary

$45,000–$50,000 prorated to 25 hours per week per annum plus benefits. Salary currently under review.

Program Delivery and Facilitation

• Deliver a structured three‑week program through virtual group and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Facilitate workshops on growth mindset and confidence building, imposter syndrome, resilience and adaptability, personal branding, and job search readiness.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, psychologically safe learning environment.
• Encourage active participation, discussion, and peer learning.

Client Intake, Assessment, & Employment Planning

• Conduct an initial assessment to determine eligibility for the Mindset Makeover Program.
