We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our team, supporting facilities operations across a key portfolio in Wellington. This role provides essential administration and operational support to the Facilities Management team, helping maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, and building occupants.

About The Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with building users and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate service providers and manage day-to-day site operations, including vendor engagement, work orders, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Support the Facilities Management team with administration, documentation, and system updates.
