Position Overview
The Facilities and Admin Specialist support the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations of facilities, office administration, maintenance, safety, and vendor management. This role ensures that all workspaces are safe, functional, efficient, and aligned with company standards. The position also supervises administrative staff and drives improvements in facility processes, policies, and services.
