Lead and oversee administration and security operations to ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and efficient working environment across the sites.
Manage facility services, physical security, government compliance, and administrative support while optimizing operational costs and ensuring business continuity.
Key Accountabilities
Lead all site administration activities, including housekeeping, transport, canteen, guest relations, maintenance, and dispensary services.
Manage physical security operations, including access control, CCTV, security guards, and surveillance systems.
Develop and implement administration and security policies, procedures, and best practices.
