Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day workplace operations for a retail organization in Calabasas, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep facilities running smoothly, coordinate service needs efficiently, and maintain a safe, well-organized environment. The role works closely with vendors, property management, and internal teams to address building needs, support office logistics, and help ensure reliable facility services.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily facility support activities and respond promptly to maintenance and service requests across the site.
β’ Arrange and monitor third-party providers for repairs, janitorial services, grounds upkeep, and scheduled preventive maintenance work.
β’ Perform regular walkthroughs to identify building issues, safety risks, and maintenance needs, then escalate or resolve them appropriately.
