We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to support a well-organized, safe, and efficient workplace in Omaha, Nebraska. This Contract position plays an important role in day-to-day office operations by helping maintain shared spaces, coordinating service needs, and ensuring employees have a functional environment to work in. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to handle hands-on facility support in a detail-focused setting.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage office, kitchen, and workplace supply levels by organizing materials and replenishing inventory as needed.
β’ Prepare conference rooms, meeting areas, and event spaces to ensure they are ready for daily business use and special gatherings.
