I’m currently recruiting for a Facilities & Compliance Officer at Westonbirt Arboretum. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in facilities management, building compliance, or health & safety who is looking for a varied, hands‑on role.

The role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for a diverse estate of over 30 properties, including residential buildings, commercial tenants, and operational facilities.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring buildings are:

• Safe, compliant, and well maintained
• Operating efficiently day to day
• Supporting both staff and visitor needs

You’ll work closely with the Building Surveyor and act as the link between operational teams and estates, helping maintain high standards across the site.
