About The Role The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operation, maintenance, safety and administration of facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace environment. The role coordinates service providers, maintenance activities, workplace services, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do Vendor Management - Source quotations, evaluate proposals, and manage purchase orders for soft service requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors for cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and handyman.
- Ensure vendors comply with safety, security and site regulation.
