**岗位目标：**

执行和改进设备全生命周期管理，以成本及方案最小化设备停机时间

**岗位职责：**

• 组织应急抢修，减少设备停机损失

• 负责复杂设备问题抢修及事后分析改进

• 执行和改进现有TPM流程及细节,降低设备停机时长和发生频次

• 实施设备升级改造项目，实施设备大修和项修，提高设备性能和使用寿命

• 对接工艺项目，负责设备前期可行性论证，支持水电气安装调试，设备验收，PM规划及作业指导书编制，维修人员技能培训和提升

• 管理设备备件（识别，新增，维修费用预算及执行，国产化，替代方案开发）
