Position Overview
Monitor, inspect, and evaluate the performance of the University's electrical systems, equipment, and installations to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Identify electrical faults, deficiencies, or system inefficiencies and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, lighting systems, UPS units, and other related infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.
Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy conservation measures and sustainable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
