**Job Title: HVAC Technician**

**Job Description**

Support the Facility Maintenance Manager in the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance on HVAC equipment, production chillers and boilers, as well as controls located throughout buildings and kitchen refrigeration. You will perform tests, rounds, and data analysis to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, adhering to manufacturing standards and following the change process of qualified core equipment and components.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor, adjust, and maintain refrigerant, heat exchangers, HVAC equipment and systems, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment.
+ Maintain and adjust boilers, pumps, valves, piping, and filters, along with other mechanical and electrical equipment.
