**Job Summary**:
Interested in facility equipment, actively learning to troubleshoot facility failures, responsible for drafting facility related standard documents, determining, implementing, and accepting factory improvement projects, energy consumption control, and equipment maintenance management.

- Establish annual maintenance plans for various systems in the factory and be responsible for their implementation.
- Establish operating SOPs for each system and be responsible for training on duty engineers to quickly operate Achieve duty capability.
