岗位描述：

+ 负责厂务设备设施的维护保养，及时处理各类厂务设备故障；

+ 参与预防维修计划的制定，负责执行设备的预防性维修保养等工作；

+ 通过丰富的维修经验，为维修技术员提供支持，解决复杂的设备维修问题；

+ 协助部门完成设备设施方面的改造和对设备维修人员的培训；

+ 负责设备部门各类 SOP 的更新及监督执行；

+ 在英语办公系统下完成各类公司流程的相关操作；

+ 协助部门完成新实验室的验收、流程制定、维护等

Designs test fixturing, test rooms or systems in compliance with applicable regulatory
• codes and requirements all subject to engineering review.
• Develops space-planning designs including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and communications elements.
• Prepares Work Orders, Purchase Requisitions and work schedules.
• Records and analyzes data generated by facility systems and recommends appropriate corrective action.
• Supervises and directs the work of Facilities Maintenance staff, Facilities Engineering support staff and contractors.
