A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Take ownership of audit compliance and governance across the site, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory audits, with full oversight of pest control, cleaning records, HVAC servicing, and building maintenance documentation
• Maintain, review, and improve all compliance documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, CAFM records, and Health & Safety files, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with legal and customer requirements
