We’re looking for a Facilities Lead to take full ownership of our site environment — ensuring everything from compliance to contractor management runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

**What you’ll be doing**

This is a visible, high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to expert for all things facilities:

+ Owning site facilities, building fabric, and grounds
+ Managing service contracts (security, cleaning, fleet, and suppliers)
+ Leading compliance activities (legionella, PAT testing, energy reporting, insurance checks)
+ Acting as first-line IT support for local equipment and network issues
+ Controlling access systems and site security
