**The preferred candidate would be able to cover and oversee Market 32 & Price Chopper stores in Syracuse, Pennsylvania, and the North Country of New York State.**

Monitor preventative and emergency maintenance in the Warehouse Facilities/ Main Office Complex.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Monitor, assist and control preventative maintenance to fit the need of the organization.

Ensure that the scope of work and services are developed to monitor cost and quality of work.

Ensure that emergency service is handled within four hours.

Evaluate emergency hazard to determine needs.

Follow through with permanent repair.

Oversee maintenance of various refrigeration systems in the Warehouse.

Assist in the coordination of facilities sanitation issues.

Conduct Safety meetings with facilities maintenance staff on a regular basis.<...
