**Job Overview:**

**Shift and Schedule:** We currently have an opening on **2nd Shift; 2-10PM.** Monday - Friday schedule. Flexibility and availability to work Saturdays, overtime and holidays based on business needs.

**Compensation:** This is a full time, **Union role $33.32/hr**

Facilities Maintenance Mechanic or General Mechanic

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Skilled food processing mechanic specializing in welding, plumbing, and boiler operation and repair.
+ Broad general knowledge of welding techniques (i.e. MIG, TIG, Sanitary Stick, etc.) and must be able to apply these techniques to various operations within the plant.
+ General knowledge of various power tools and be able to operate these tools in a safe and proficient manner.
+ Proficient in blueprint reading, equipment fabrication, equipment installation, fork lift operation, and lathe operation.
