The Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC) supports the maintenance and reliable operation of three campus buildings, with a strong focus on HVAC systems and general facilities upkeep. This role works a day shift schedule and involves hands-on work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building controls to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and support all aspects of the three campus buildings, ensuring systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
