+ Builds or updates installation building and construction master plans
+ Runs space utilization studies and footprint optimization
+ Evaluates facility condition and future requirements
+ Translates mission needs into capital construction and infrastructure investment plans
+ Supports recapitalization and long-range infrastructure strategy

**What You Will Need** **:**

+ An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Facilities Planning
+ TEN (10) or more years of real estate facilities, architecture, construction facilities management, or other relevant experience
