**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in non data center industries.
+ 5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
