Responsibilities - Operational Management: Hard and Soft Services; oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) maintenance and civil works; ensure critical assets (chillers, DBs, fire-fighting systems, CCTV, access control) undergo timely Planned Preventive Maintenance.
