Job Description

As Facilities Manager, you'll be the key to a smooth-running Devoteam! You'll oversee facilities, travel and admin support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.  Lead a team, manage vendors, and streamline processes - all while keeping us compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CFO in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.

  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.

  • Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.

  • Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory.
