We're now seeking a permanent, full time Facilities Manager to work across our PFI contracts in the North West region.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing key relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and SPVs in the provision of facilities management services. They will have full responsibility for managing the on-site team of operatives, ensuring the site is fully resourced to enable optimum performance against key KPI's and the relevant output specification and Authority Requirements. They will provide support for auditing, people management, client relations and various administrative requirements, and will ensure their sites operate in a safe and sustainable manner in alignment with legal and statutory compliance regulations.
Main Duties
