Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a good understanding of hard services, building compliance and contractor management?

We are recruiting for a permanent Facilities Manager to take responsibility for a prominent three-building corporate campus in Maple Cross, near Rickmansworth.

This is a fixed-site position with no regional portfolio travel. You will manage the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities services across almost 100,000 sq ft of corporate office space.

The campus can accommodate approximately 750 employees during its busiest periods and includes three separately serviced buildings, plant rooms, corporate offices, reception areas, meeting spaces and a large communal café.
