Job Description:
Facility Manager – Site Lead, Chennai
- Lead end-to-end facilities operations for a large IT company in a campus environment.
- Drive overall site performance across soft services, F&B, space management, and vendor operations.
- Manage food court, cafeteria, and banqueting operations with focus on quality, hygiene, and Employee satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines.
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, landscaping, waste management, and parking operations.
- Working knowledge of Office Commute, Shift Cab operations and billing and compliance processes for both portfolios.
- Ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement in service delivery across all soft service functions.
- Optimize space utilization, manage seating, employee movements and workplace infrastructure upgrades.
