Facility Manager – Site Lead, Chennai

• Lead end-to-end facilities operations for a large IT company in a campus environment.
• Drive overall site performance across soft services, F&B, space management, and vendor operations.
• Manage food court, cafeteria, and banqueting operations with focus on quality, hygiene, and Employee satisfaction.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines.
• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, landscaping, waste management, and parking operations.
• Working knowledge of Office Commute, Shift Cab operations and billing and compliance processes for both portfolios.
