1. Contract Management & Client Relationship
Serve as the primary point of contact for client on all contractual, operational, and service delivery matters.Ensure full compliance with contract specifications, KPIs, SLAs, and statutory requirements.Manage contract performance and address any service gaps, non-conformances, and client feedback promptly.Lead monthly operational reviews, management meetings, and performance reporting sessions with Client.Review and manage variation orders, lifecycle replacement requests, ad-hoc works, and improvement initiatives.Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.2. Operations Leadership
Oversee the day-to-day facilities management operations across all assigned LTA sites.Direct and support the four Supervisors cum FSMs in delivering operational excellence at their respective locations.
