**UW Facilities Maintenance & Construction has an outstanding opportunity for a Facilities Operations Maintenance Specialist (FOMS).**

**About this opportunity**

Under supervisor and manager direction, monitor and evaluate building systems and equipment operations problems and emergencies, taking appropriate action to return systems and equipment to their normal operating conditions; monitor building systems operations to ensure their normal functioning.

**Work Schedule**

+ Full time, rotating schedule
+ This position is based at the University of Washington Tower and is not eligible for telework.

+ Respond to emergency calls and reported malfunctions involving mechanical, electrical, utility, and life safety systems, including HVAC, elevators, lighting, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, plumbing, refrigeration, floods, leaks, and other building equipment.
