Position Overview

The Building and Operations Manager is responsible for the operational performance and service delivery across a portfolio of commercial properties. The role ensures that all buildings assigned are maintained to high standards, operate efficiently, and provide a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment for occupants. This role focuses on facilities management, contractor oversight, building manager oversight, maintenance planning, compliance, and operational cost control.
