About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Services Manager to manage the full technical component of commercial and retail properties, including air conditioning, electrical, lifts, generators, elevators, etc., ensuring that the operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

What you will bring

Inherent requirements for the position (non‑negotiable)

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma (S4) in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Engineers holding a bachelor’s degree must have passed the OSHACT Exam as set by the Department of Labour
• Engineers holding a National Diploma must possess a Government Compliance Certificate
• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in technical roles with emphasis on electrical, mechanical, and electronics
• Experience in a large‑scale retail (ideally) or commercial/industrial property environment
