This role involves hands-on facilities maintenance, responsible for the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of campus building systems and laboratory support infrastructure. The position requires routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance work, responding to alarms and emergencies, and supporting active laboratory operations. The primary focus is direct execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe, reliable, and compliant working environment.

• Experience in facility maintenance
