Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility’s equipment including electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing.
Performing routine checks on electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Coordinate facilities equipment maintenance schedules and repair activities.
Supervising external contractors or vendors for services like housekeeping, pest control, vending machines, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repairs and renovation.
Works with manufacturing or process engineers in the installation or repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production area.
Minimum of 4+ years of facilities management experience
