PLP Company is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Support Lead to help maintain efficient daily operations across our properties, warehouse, and field teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, organization, and team support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Fleet Support

+ Receive and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and materials

+ Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment, materials, and documents

+ Support fleet and shop operations, including parts and supply transport

+ Assist field teams with signage placement, material delivery, and job support

+ Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles

Facilities & Grounds Maintenance

+ Perform routine maintenance of company properties, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping
