Purpose of Role: To lead and drive Process Safety Management (PSM) excellence across Pharma API and Specialty Chemical manufacturing operations by implementing CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) framework, strengthening process safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing major accident hazards. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and continuous improvement of CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) elements across manufacturing sites. Develop and execute Process Safety roadmap aligned with organizational risk management objectives. Conduct and facilitate HAZOP, What-if, LOPA, SIL assessments, QRA, PSSR, and other Process Hazard analysis. Establish robust Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity, Asset Integrity, and Process Safety Information systems.
