As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance and operations department supporting building management and tenant services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, solid knowledge of maintenance tasks, excellent teamwork skills, and preferably HVAC experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $30/hour**
