Key Responsibilities:

+ Performs preventative maintenance and repair of air handlers, boilers, chillers, roof top units, exhaust fans, vehicles, and other equipment as needed

+ Develops and maintains great working relationships with colleagues, customers and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

+ Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person

+ 5+ years working experience and a high school diploma, or 4+ years and a certification, or a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience

+ Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
