The Facility Administrator (Project Manager) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and compliance of operations at a contracted detention facility. This role oversees integrated services including detention operations, security, detainee transportation, and medical oversight, ensuring full compliance with Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS), federal regulations, and contractual obligations.
